Release updates

Latest product improvements and new features across CRM, billing, inventory, and payments.

  1. Oct 24, 2026POS & Stockfeature

Manual cash session opening and initial stock cost

Open a cash session from the POS Journal when a session is optional, and set or edit the unit cost on opening stock entries that are not linked to a purchase.

    This release includes two improvements:

    • Manual open cash session: when requiring a cash session for POS is turned off, you can still open a session from the Journal tab (opening amount) so you can use the cash journal without blocking sales.
    • Initial stock cost (valuation): on a product’s Cost history, use Set Cost on an ENTRY with no purchase document (e.g. migrated opening quantity). The unit cost is applied to that entry and to withdrawals until the next purchase entry, then valuation is recalculated.
  2. Oct 23, 2026Sales & POSfeature

Sell the same product by lot or by piece

Configure a carton or lot on a product (or variant), pick Lot or Piece on sales documents and at the POS, and keep stock counted in pieces.

You can now sell one article both as a lot / carton and as a piece, with independent prices.

    • Product setup: enable package sales on the product or each variant, set the package name (e.g. كرتون 100), the factor (1 lot = N pieces), and a package sale price separate from the piece price.
    • Sales documents: on quotations, orders, delivery notes and invoices, switch a line between Package and Piece. Quantity 1 on a lot of 100 deducts 100 pieces from stock; the BL shows the package label under the product.
    • Point of sale: the same Package / Piece choice is available on cart lines, with the matching price, and stock is always moved in pieces.
    • Stock stays exact: on-hand quantity remains in pieces only. “Lots + pieces” is a display, never a second stock figure.
  3. Oct 21, 2026CRM & POSfeature

Faster client import and cleaner ticket PDFs

Import clients and suppliers with a guided bulk upload, and print or save receipt tickets that look the same from POS and the back office.

    • Client & supplier import: a step-by-step wizard maps your columns (name is enough to start), detects client vs supplier, skips existing references, and imports in lots when the file is large, same idea as product import.
    • Ticket print & PDF: Print / Save PDF opens a receipt-sized preview (not a tiny strip on A4). POS success and back-office delivery receipts / invoices use the same layout and filename (BL/FA code).
    • Thermal fallback: if the USB receipt printer fails, the browser print still runs and the error message stays visible.
  4. Oct 10, 2026POSimprovement

Arabic tickets and a faster camera scan

POS tickets print Arabic, the camera reads barcodes from farther away, and convert stays off until a document leaves draft.

    • Arabic tickets: product names and labels print in Arabic, with the company logo when one is set. French and English tickets use the same clear print.
    • Camera scan: a larger frame reads barcodes without holding the phone close and still, and scanning is faster on iPhone and Firefox.
    • Convert: on a quote, order, or delivery receipt, convert stays disabled while the document is still a draft.
  5. Oct 09, 2026Documentsimprovement

Clients and assignees on documents without full CRM rights

People who work on back-office documents can search accounts, pick an assignee, and add a short client or supplier record.

    • Broadens who can search accounts, list assignees, and create minimal accounts.
    • Relaxes CRM-related authorization so back-office document users (sales, purchase, treasury, production, and others) can use shared pickers without full CRM rights.
  6. Oct 03, 2026Appfeature

Arabic language across the app and PDFs

Use Mouderly in Arabic. The interface reads right to left, and invoices, delivery receipts, and account statements print in Arabic.

    • Arabic interface: switch the language in Settings. Menus, forms, lists, sales, purchases, stock, treasury, CRM, and POS follow the Arabic labels.
    • Right to left: pages, tables, and action menus open in the reading direction, including on the phone POS.
    • Arabic PDFs: invoices, delivery receipts, and the account statement use an Arabic font so the text shapes correctly. Totals, unit prices, and the amount in words include the cents and the currency.
    • Account statement: the on-screen relevé and its PDF use Arabic labels for invoices, deliveries, credit notes, and payments.
  7. Sep 29, 2026POSfeature

Camera barcode scan, mobile POS, and cart from backoffice

Scan barcodes with the phone camera in POS, search, and product forms. Keep the POS cart when you leave for the backoffice. Plus reliability fixes.

    • Scan from camera: on a phone, tap the camera icon in POS, global search, and product add/edit to read a barcode. Desktop POS still uses a USB scanner.
    • Mobile POS: camera scan is built for the phone rear camera so warehouse sales can add products without a hardware scanner.
    • POS cart from backoffice: the open cart stays when you open a product, add it to POS, then return. The header POS button shows the cart count.
    • Fixes: add-to-POS checks stock in the POS warehouse; a paid sale no longer keeps the previous client; camera closes and releases the device; settings pages load on refresh; search no longer shows "undefined" for TTC; permission modules display in French.
  8. Sep 25, 2026Appfeature

Cancel pending POS orders, stock impact, and document discounts

Cancel a POS hold, prefill stock impact with the default warehouse and quantity, and apply a row discount together with a document discount.

    • Cancel pending orders in POS: from pending sales, cancel a hold. The document becomes Cancelled and leaves the pending list and the back-office Pending filter. Only a POS hold that is still pending, with no stock movement and no payment, can be cancelled.
    • Stock impact defaults: the default warehouse is tagged in the warehouse list. When you impact stock, that warehouse and the full line quantity are already filled in, so a large document is ready to confirm.
    • Row and footer discounts: enter a discount on the product row and another on the document footer. The footer rate applies after the row discount. Both percentages stay visible, and the total discount amount is shown on the document.

POS: returns by SKU, gifts, and client credit

Return by product reference without the original ticket, mark cart lines as gifts, store return value as client avoir and spend it on the next sale — plus POS reliability fixes.

Point of sale gains three major capabilities, plus reliability fixes.

    • Return by reference: refund or issue a client avoir from a product/SKU (or barcode) without looking up the original FA/BL. Named clients keep the avoir on their account and relevé.
    • Gifts: toggle Gift / Cadeau on a cart line. Same SKU, price 0, stock still deducted. Paid and gift lines stay separate; tickets show the gift label.
    • Client credit on future sales: spend open avoir on the next POS checkout (full or partial with cash remainder). Mixed payment and ticket show both methods. Held sales and statement balance stay consistent when credit is applied.
    • POS fixes: general reliability and checkout improvements around holds, variants, barcode scans, stock checks, and client credit at payment.
